Eight Random Facts About Me:

1. I live in a basement that is decorated like a bizarre mix of hogwarts/ victorian manor/ gothic castle. O_o?!

2. I was born in Naples, Italy.

3. 3 is my favorite number. I use it for almost everything.

4. I have to have crackers in sets of 4, or else I go a little crazy.

5. I don't know how to ride a bike! >_<

6. I'm 20 and still don't have my license. I hate driving, being responsible for a death machine just isn't my idea of fun. (unless it was a death ray... That could be loads of fun).

7. My perfect future would be to live in a run down victorian house, work at a video rental store or book store in the day and make comics in the evening.

8. My taste in guys is questionable. I'm a sucker for nerdy, intelligent guys, who have dark hair, dress nicely, and wear glasses. All those buff, blue eyed, blonde hair boys can forget it. No football players for me... I want a history major! haha.

Well, I decided to make a journal of everything I am working on or will be working on in the future, mostly for my own benefit (my memory is REALLY lousy).

2. Contest Results: I havn't forgoten!! well, actually I did, but now I totally remember and feel aweful about it. I'll get those subscriptions and prizes out. If you havn't told me what you wanted as a prize yet, feel free to send me a note.

3. Cosplay: I'm going to be Mio from Fatal Frame 2, and Lulu from Final Fantasy X, and possible a gothic lolita dress of my design. Make sure to stop by and say hello if you will be at Ohayocon, I'll have an artists table there. There is a chance I might be at a few more conventions as well, I'll keep you posted.
Status: some props are done.

4. RSOM: I'm working on an entry for the next Rising Stars of Manga competition. You can check out some concept art in my gallery, and I should have some more up soon.
Status: script done!

5. Contests: there are a few DA contest that I want to enter, so expect to see some entries in my gallery for things like that.
Status: entered one.

6. TokyoPop Manga: I think tha,t regardless of whether I get into the next RSOM book or not, I want to send them a manga submission. I have an idea for a manga, and I think that in about 6 months (about the time I would be getting the results back on RSOM) my art may be up to par. As far as the manga goes, think steampunk meets shoujo, and you will have a good idea of what I'm getting at. Expect some early concept art really soon (I might go work on some sketches right now). but, don't get too attatched to the characters, as they will probably change a lot before I start putting a lot of thought into the project. But, seriously, how cool would it be to get a manga published by tokyopop? Wish me luck.
